The essentials on how The Luxe Noire works — reservations, admission, privacy and more. If something isn't answered here, get in touch — a real person will reply.
The Luxe Noire is a curated events and private experiences company based in Singapore. We operate two sub-brands: LEXplore (public ticketed events across Southeast and East Asia) and LEXcurate (bespoke private experiences by application). Today we work through our website; The Luxe Noire app arrives soon.
LEXplore is our public arm — ticketed events open to anyone who reserves. Run experiences, rooftop nights, weekends built around what's already happening in a city. LEXcurate is private and by application — bespoke experiences designed around a specific occasion, guest list and destination. Think of LEXplore as discover and join, LEXcurate as tell us what you have in mind. Same curation, same standard, same cities — the difference is whether the night is yours alone or shared.
Across Southeast and East Asia. Our active cities include Singapore, Bangkok, Pattaya, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hong Kong, Taipei, Hualien and Taichung, with more coming. LEXcurate experiences are arranged internationally by request.
Upcoming events are published on our Events page, and priority-list registrants are notified before public release. Join our priority list to be first.
Every event page has a Reserve button. Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Reservations are confirmed by email immediately.
Our LEXplore events are open — anyone can reserve. That said, every reservation is subject to our Admission & Suitability terms; we may decline or revoke admission at our discretion. See "Can I be refused entry?" below.
Each reservation admits one guest. If you're attending with someone, please book two places. For larger groups, contact us — private buyouts and group bookings are available for many events.
Confirmed guests receive full event details — venue, meeting point, timings and any dress notes — by email in the week leading up to the event. Please reserve using the email address you check regularly.
If we cancel, you receive a full refund of the ticket price. If we postpone, your reservation transfers to the new date; if the new date doesn't work for you, you receive a full refund on request. Force majeure events (government restrictions, extreme weather, venue emergencies) are handled the same way.
Start with the enquiry form on our homepage. Share the occasion, rough date range, destination(s) you have in mind and any specifics (guest count, preferences, non-negotiables). A curator responds within 24 hours to open a conversation.
Villas, yachts, private dining, hosted journeys and after-dark experiences — anchored in the cities we know intimately and extended internationally by request. Milestone birthdays, close-circle weekends, discreet corporate retreats, proposals and celebrations that need to be exact rather than expected.
LEXcurate experiences are designed individually, so budget varies significantly by scope, destination and length. Rather than a headline number, we ask that you share what you have in mind — a curator will confirm early whether we can meet the brief.
Two to six weeks is typical for a well-executed private experience. Shorter timelines are possible for straightforward briefs; the more bespoke the request, the more time the curation deserves.
Discretion is the operating standard. Enquiries are handled by a small curation team; we do not publicise clients, guest lists or venues; and we do not use identifiable client stories in marketing. Non-disclosure is offered as standard where required.
All LEXplore ticket payments are processed securely by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards. We do not store your card details on our servers.
You are charged at the moment you complete checkout on the Stripe payment page. Your reservation is confirmed once payment clears — typically within seconds.
Because our events are curated and capacity is limited, our refund policy reflects the point in the run-up at which cancellations affect the experience. Unless a specific event page states otherwise, the following applies to LEXplore ticket cancellations initiated by the guest:
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Where admission is refused for conduct or suitability, ticket fees are non-refundable. LEXcurate terms are agreed individually and set out in your booking confirmation.
Tickets are personal to the guest who reserved. Transfers and resale are not permitted without our written approval, which we may decline at our discretion. If circumstances change, contact us directly and we'll advise on your options.
Yes. Many LEXplore events can be booked as a group or bought out privately for a corporate, milestone or family occasion. Contact us with your rough guest count and preferred date and we'll come back with options.
Admission & Suitability. Our events are curated. We reserve the right to review all reservations and to decline or revoke admission at our sole discretion — including where we believe an attendee may pose a risk to the safety, comfort or experience of others, or has engaged in unlawful, violent or disruptive conduct. Admission may also be refused for intoxication or behaviour inconsistent with the spirit of the event. This right is exercised solely on the basis of conduct and suitability. Where admission is refused on these grounds, ticket fees are non-refundable.
Our events are curated on the assumption that everyone in the room is there to have a great night without diminishing anyone else's. Behaviour that puts others at risk, harasses other guests or disrupts the event will result in immediate removal, without refund. Full stop.
Privacy is one of the reasons The Luxe Noire exists. In plain English:
What we collect. When you reserve or enquire, we collect what you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number and any details relevant to your reservation. When you attend an event, we may collect operational data (e.g. arrival check-in, table allocation) needed to run the night.
What we don't. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not work with data brokers. We are not, and will never be, in the business of monetising who you are or where you go.
Third-party processors. We use trusted third parties to operate — Stripe processes payments, our email provider sends communications, our hosting provider stores the site. These providers are contractually bound to handle your data securely and only on our behalf.
Your data is yours. You can request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us — we respond within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Legal basis. We operate in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable regional privacy laws.
Our full Privacy Policy sets out the detail. If privacy is a decision-driver for you — it is for many of our guests, and it should be — read it in full.
As little as possible. Priority-list registrants receive early access to upcoming events (typically once or twice a month) and occasional announcements. Reserved guests receive event-related communications for the events they've booked. We don't send daily newsletters, and we don't send marketing on behalf of third parties.
Yes, instantly, from any email we send you. Unsubscribing stops marketing communications; you'll still receive transactional emails related to reservations you've made.
The fastest way to reach us is the enquiry form on our homepage — a real person reads every enquiry and we reply within 24 hours. For urgent event-day matters, reserved guests receive a direct contact in their event confirmation.
We work with venues, DJs, brands, hospitality partners and creators across the region. If you have something we should know about, use the enquiry form and mention "partnership" in your message. We review every proposal — we can't act on all of them, but we read all of them.
For press, editorial and media enquiries, email us directly at concierge@theluxenoire.com with your publication, deadline and the nature of the story. We reply within 24 hours.
